You'll need...
- 100 g of butter.
- 2 branches of fresh tarragon.
Mix the ingredients during 15 seconds, speed 4.
Put the Tarragon butter in a close container and direct to the fridge!
IMPORTANT: to have a good mix the butter must be warm.
If you don't have fresh tarragon, you can use dry tarragon.
